βPretty good recipe. I drained a lot of the liquid out of the pan after the noodles cooked and before adding the sour cream. I used a whole cup of sour cream. I also used ground meat and added some Sherry for extra flavor. Next time, I may use less noodles or pβ β a cook, 4β
βI don't think brenda made the dish right, because this was amazing. I used venison for the steak and baby bellas for the mushrooms, and it still came out great. The cooking time for the noodle mixture is a little long though, I recommend shaving off 1 or even β β a cook, 5β
