โI made this as written subbing gluten free rotini for the egg noodles. As many others have said this recipe has too much sour cream and taste primarily like sour cream noodles as the beefy, umami flavors are drowned out by it. This wasnโt a hit with my family โ โ a cook, 3.0โ
