βI diced my mushrooms, carrots and onions about the same size because I do NOT like chunks of mushrooms in my life and I had to trick the kid as well. I used bourbon instead of brandy so maybe this is my fault, but even though I made sure to reduce the mixtureβ β a cook, 3β
β<p>I am not sure I have ever given a one star but this was truly terrible. The sauce had absolutely no flavor. I tried to save it by adding some spices and cream cheese to give flavor but that didn't even help. Ended up having buttered noodles with steak. β β a cook, 1β
