βI think the flavor was great and the preparation was easy enough. I had to add double the amount of broth at the beginning for 2 lbs of beef. I added ground scotch/habanero, thyme, ginger and allspice. I had rice and peas and hot water cakes for sides. This faβ β a cook, 5β
