β<p>So I goofed on this.. I didn't trust my instincts about the water and added it. I do think I managed to save it though, by cooking it a little extra long and then stirring constantly after adding the beef for a few minutes to release as much of the liquid aβ β a cook, 4β
β<p>We love orzo and also sloppy Joes, so this sounded great, but it didn't turn out as well as we had hoped. I only used a pound of 90 percent hamburger, which was more than enough, but I couldn't understand why I needed to cook it in 2 tbsp. of oil since grouβ β a cook, 3β
