βThere are things that I liked about this recipe. Things I did not like that could be very discouraging. First of all, the yeast is not going to get active in just warm milk. You have to add some sugar to get it going.. and you need 2 packages of yeast for thisβ β a cook
βHi, if you have a stand mixer, use it to knead, it turns the dough out so nice and smooth, and your hands are clean. Check after a couple minutes if it is dry add a little whatever your using whether it's oil or butter, add only teaspoon or so at a time, if toβ β a cook
