βI added a bit of Gumbo FilΓ© to thicken mine. Love Andouille sausage. For a bit less spice, simmer the sausage in some water first for a little bit. Add the hot sauce to taste upon serving. Yum.β β a cook, 5.0β
βDelicious! I did add okra to thicken and since we like okra. Also replaced green with a red pepper since that is what we had. Made the creole seasoning with 1/2 smoked & 1/2 sweet paprika.β β a cook, 5.0β
