βThis is a fantastic recipe! I have made it 4 times now in a 600cm pan (WxL) not 530 as Nagi suggests as I wanted a thinner base. Twice with cherry tomatoes and the garlic and twice with Kalamata , cherry tomatoes, garlic powder and Italian seasoning. All were β β a cook, 5β
βI made this yesterday and it was delicious. Light and crisp when first baked with a soft, fluffy crumb. For some reason I didnβt notice sugar in the ingredients so mine was a sugar free version. It seemed fine without so I may, or may not add it next time. I mβ β a cook, 5β
