βVery good recipe. We had leftover pork roast on hand. I added some garlic and used 1 cup beef broth instead of 1/2. Added a tbsp of flour to thicken the sauce a bit. This really made enough for 4 generous portions. What a great way to use leftover pork.β β a cook
