βGreat salmon recipe! Repeat request by my boys after they discovered they actually love salmon. I didn't have parsley but I put lemon slices and sprigs of fresh rosemary on top of the fish before I wrapped it and put it in the oven; this was lovely. And I onlyβ β a cook, 5.0β
