βI made these for the super bowl yesterday. The recipe is very straightforward and the pretzels turned out really yummy. One thing I don't understand is doing the rise in a plastic bag. I would have preferred a bowl, as the other commenter noted. I found it chβ β a cook, 4.0β
βIβve found with many of Melβs bread recipes I can just throw all the ingredients into my bread maker, hit the βdoughβ setting and let it do its magic. Tried it today with these babies and let me tell you, they were so good and it was so easy! Next time Iβll prβ β a cook, 5.0β
