βHands down the best snickerdoodle cookie recipe I've ever made! They are so soft and delicious! I made them last weekend before Thanksgiving and froze them. I took them out to sit in the refrigerator the day before and they were perfect on Thanksgiving Day! 5 β β a cook, 5.0β
βJust baked these and tasted one and it was delish! However I totally misread 3 tsp of cinnamon for 3 *tbsp*! still delicious anyway and less sweet, lol. I'd suggest altering to say 1 tbsp of cinnamon instead for ultra fool proof-ness (as I clearly was the fβ β a cook, 4.0β
