βI loved the recipe but my husband was not crazy for it. We used cannellini beans because neither of us likes black beans. He said it would be better on a white potato. I, however, like the sweet potato. The flavors really jell well together. So when I make it β β a cook, 4β
βPleasantly surprised! I really really love it and it's a great spin on a traditional dish. I did taste the meat filling prior to adding it to the sweet potato and wasn't sold. But once you add the flavor of the sweet potato to it, it sets everything off. It's β β a cook, 5β
