βSince we found this recipe about 4 years ago, it's become a family favorite and a go-to for a quick weeknight meal. We use 1 TBSP of Creole seasoning, up the celery and bell pepper, and add a can of diced tomatoes with their juice at the same time as the brothβ β a cook, 5.0β
βSo I made this recipe exactly as described except I added a bay leaf after the rice. This was SPECTACULAR!!! I admit I added 3 tablespoons of Cajun seasoning and that would be too much for most people. (Way too spicy for kids) but I loved it. I would suggest β β a cook, 5.0β
