βOk this was SO good. We have a no sugar added ketchup and do not use soy but I put a splash of coconut aminos in and some oyster sauce (a brand on amazon that does not have msg, food coloring, or soy) and also added way more chicken (total of 2 breasts and 5 tβ β a cook, 5.0β
βI mean if I were making pad thai for westerners this would be my go to. But we found it way too sweet and there was no tamarind flavor for the sourness (limes won't cut it). I know Asian restaurant owners will use a different recipe modified for western clientβ β a cook, 2.0β
