βI was going to make Italian sausage meatballs but our market did not have them today so I bought ground turkey and found your recipe. I did make the meatballs smaller, as I don't really like big meatballs unless they are the main course and I wanted to make spβ β a cook, 5.0β
βGreat recipe and flavors. My meatballs were a little dry/dense which may be due to pilot error? When I see grated cheese in cup measurements I translate that to oz need to grate for specific recipes, in this case I grated approx 2.5 oz. It seemed like a lot β β a cook, 5.0β
