βThese mashed potatoes were wonderful & tasty! Had to resist having seconds because it is very rich & filling! I really like red potatoes so had to try this recipe. Great comfort food especially with this Fall weather. Worth trying & highly recommenβ β a cook, 5.0β
βI made this to go with pan seared duck with a cherry port reduction. The potatoes were good but would have been just as good just a garlic mashed potato. The cost of the Boursin was not worth it in my opinion. I expected so much more flavor than I got & β β a cook, 4.0β
