β10/10! Would definitely make this again. I made it without changing the serving and it was delicious! Eating it now after a few days and it is even more soft and custardy. I used parmesan instead of mozzarella because it was all I had. I probably should've tonβ β a cook, 5.0β
βI made this frying bacon and added capsicum, and celery to mix, layering it in a quiche dish before finishing off in oven. Presentation for a Xmas gathering worked well. Next time I might add dried chillis for a bit more tanginess, but this worked well, and vβ β a cook, 5.0β
