βThis was excellent! I doubled the recipe and used a rectangular baking dish 10x14. I added sauted mushrooms. Using a little bacon fat instead of butter kept the frittata from sticking. I also chose to layer the veggies, then the bacon, then layered sliced Swisβ β a cook, 5.0β
