βAmazing recipe! I made it a few days ago, did a cold ferment for 48 hours, used my 11 1/2" cast iron pan--this bread inflated like a balloon! I don't see how people can make this in a 10" iron skillet, I needed more cast iron pan "real estate". I thought the tβ β a cook, 5.0β
