βI followed the recipe for the most part. I only added 1 package of mushrooms and 1 onion and I used veal cutlets (because that's what I had on hand) so I only cooked it for 30 minutes. I also used gluten free flour. It was really delicious. I might use less flβ β a cook, 5β
