βlearned from the best. BBQ champ. this recipe is spot on. try brining your pork chops first is what I learned. water ,salt,bay leaf, pepper apple juice. for a few hours. lightly pound with a meat tenderizer each side,pat dry as directed. this works for oven ,β β a cook, 4.0β
