βSo I have to admit...I made the dough and I started thinking βno other recipe I found is this fast. Most of them make a giant ball of dough and let it rise for an hourβ so I freaked out and made a different recipe but still kept these to the side. The other reβ β a cook, 5.0β
βI'm not sure what I did wrong - I doubled the recipe and none of them puffed! I rolled them very evenly and misted the tops with water. They were sticking to the silicone mat and plastic wrap they proofed in, so they were a bit misshapen when I threw them in tβ β a cook, 4.0β
