βGood recipe overall, but the flour ratio is off 180g water / 260g flour = ~70% hydration. Decently high but not unmanageable. Now if we add 2 tbsp oil (25g) and 3 tbsp yogurt (45g) now we're at 250g of liquid. Granted, yogurt/oil are not 100% liquid buβ β a cook, 3.0β
