βI rarely leave comments but this recipe deserves its flowers! This has been my go-to macaroni salad for the better part of a decade after I found myself in need of a dish to bring to a summer vegan potluck. It's become my decidedly non-vegan family's favorite β β a cook, 5.0β
βYum, perfection! I did not use gluten free pasta and I had no issues with it drying out the next day like others have reported, it was delicious left over. I didn't need any water when blending but ended up using less pasta than called for perhaps as a result β β a cook, 5.0β
