βIt was a great tasting egg salad. Bacon and avocado was a definite plus to it. I cut recipe in half. I cut back on the mustard, used a healthy overflowing teaspoon of mustard which was plenty for me. I used Lawry's Garlic Seasoning and paprika, left out lemon β β a cook, 4.0β
βonly gave it 3 stars because 3 tbl of Dijon mustard would have been way too much! I felt it was fine with one slightly heaping tbl.β β a cook, 3.0β
