βSo, so good! I made it 'almost' exactly as written- I used a little less cumin, a little more coriander, and used extra garlic (just to suit my own tastes.) The only other significant change I made was adding 'half' the zucchini at the time stated in the recipβ β a cook, 5β
βBlood sugar was still elevated 46 points over 100 after 2 hours of finishing my bowl. I am a new diabetic so I guess I didn't choose wisely with this recipe. I am confused as to what may be the ingredient that caused a large jump. I had fasted for 12 hours befβ β a cook, 4β
